The slip #18 is a deep draft main walkway siding that has never needed dredging because of its unique 20 year flow pattern. Dimensions are 50 ft X 17 ft X 7ft depth at extreme low tide (usually much deeper). It is a good slip for sail and motor boats. The slip is well situated between the Isabelle Holmes bridge and the 70 ton travel lift. Haul out, if needed, is easy and unique among most Wilmington area marinas.
