2.60+-Acre wooded tract fronting E. Williams St. (old NC 24) outside the town limits of Autryville, NC. 480' of road frontage with a depth of about 300'+-. Wooded with some open areas and sloping topography with elevations from around 140' at the NW corner to 120'+- at its SE corner which is bottom land but according to GIS the Cainhoy sand (CaB) soil is sandy and not considered a wetland soil. At about elevation 132 is an old abandoned and dilapidated frame 4-room dwelling with attached shelter, and a couple of detached sheds located about 120'+- off the road. Repurpose the buildings or demolish for new construction. Heavy undergrowth, scrubs and trees currently prevents driving on the tract. No soil tests have been done.
