Meet Amy Heggen, the entrepreneur behind the Cargo District’s Coffee Fest and Blue Cup Roastery (Wilmington’s first and only container coffee shop). Business Owner and Coffee Fanatic Amy was seventeen when, with a little help from her family, she started
